Mark plays and sings a mixture of the old pub piano classics, pop tunes from the 50s-80s as well as some boogie, blues & ragtime, and it’s all done on a real upright piano which he brings with him. His style of entertainment is very much reminiscent of music hall and variety, and resonates particularly well with older audiences. Sing a long is positively encouraged (though never forced) and he’ll even get people dancing if he can. But whether his audience want to sing, dance or just listen his primary aim will always be the same - to put a smile on people’s faces. He has a wealth of performing experiences in both music, comedy and theatre, and works with a variety of senior and dementia groups across Sussex.
