James has been a professional musician since the age of 15 when he started off portraying ‘Ringo’ in a Beatles tribute band. After honing his craft around the pubs and clubs in the north east, he soon found himself travelling the world performing on several tours of New Zealand, the Netherlands, France, Germany, as well as several radio and tv appearances, including a spot on BBC’s Blue Peter (he still has his badge!). He progressed from there to working on cruise ships around the globe and extensive theatre tours around the uk and Europe. James has played guitar for many years and has hosted a number of open mic nights in his local area. As an avid fan of 60’s music, performing for residents in care homes gives James a chance to bring the joy of music to those who were lucky enough to be there when some of the world’s biggest hits were released. He lavishes the opportunity to bring joy to people and ensures he gives them a performance that will have everyone singing along and reminiscing about one of the greatest decades in history!
